Production time reduced to a minimum
What distinguishes our offer of modular construction against the standard, traditional methods of building? At the M&W Construction group, production takes place in modern, well-equipped production halls and all its processes run on a conveyor belt. This, in turn, allows you to significantly reduce the time needed to create a building. While it takes at least a year for traditional houses or public buildings, our modular buildings are built in about 12 to 18 weeks. Full optimisation of the production process and the ability to maintain its constant and strictly controlled conditions are a huge advantages over traditional construction, but also a real solution to the needs of a modern customer
Fast and safe transport of modules
After the prefabrication process is completed, we send ready modular buildings from our production halls to the construction site. Transport is carried out using properly secured low-floor cars. We often face the challenge of transporting finished parts of modular buildings both by land and sea. Perfectly secured and properly prepared modules - with ready installations, sometimes also elements of equipment, successfully reach almost any region of the world.
Modularisation in construction
Modular construction is a good choice for private individuals, but also an excellent solution for developers. In our production halls, not only individual modular houses or summer houses are built, but also entire complexes of housing estates or office buildings, and even modular stores with a large retail spaces are quickly built. Thanks to modular construction, it is possible to create functional prefabricated housing estates or commercial spaces in an extremely short time!
Preparation of the foundations
We conduct the process in two ways, thanks to which we are able to additionally shorten the duration of the entire construction. We plan the entire process in such a way that during the prefabrication of the modules, the investor already conducts activities aimed at optimal preparation of the site for ready elements. Thanks to this, modular buildings made by us - modular houses, shopping containers, office buildings, modular restaurants are erected on previously prepared foundations. Once we have ready foundations and a prepared area with connected utilities, we can proceed to the quick assembly of modular buildings. Setting the modules on the foundations is a process that lasts from 3 to 5 days.
Ecological construction
Modular construction is a huge time saver, and thus exceptional convenience for the client, regardless of whether it is a private person looking for a modular house or a commercial modular building. An important advantage resulting from the shortened production time of our modules is also a significant reduction in the consumption of materials, energy and water. This, in turn, has a positive impact not only on the investment budget, but also on the condition of our planet. The ecological character of modular construction is also complemented by the fact that modern eco-friendly materials are often used in the prefabrication process.

What counts is what can be done quickly and effectively, what after a short preparation time is suitable for long-term use. This is exactly how our modular buildings look like. The assembly time of a medium-sized summer house or a small modular store is just one day, and you only need to wait a few days for your dream modular home or new modular office, office container or commercial store. The assembly time of the finished modules of the entire housing estate is about two weeks.

Prefabricated home - what does it look like? What does his choice involve?
At first glance, it is difficult to distinguish ready-made houses from those built using traditional methods. A few words about how modular homes are built
A group of qualified employees is primarily responsible for the rapid construction of prefabricated houses. We employ both constructor technologists and people with knowledge and experience in the subsequent assembly of buildings into one whole. Single-family houses based on modules start their life as a house design and then go to the advanced production line of our company. To avoid worrying about delays, we create almost all the elements that make up a modular all-year-round house. The only exception is the window and door joinery, which is made by our befriended company
