Who is responsible for the house design and its implementation?
Our company employs a team of several dozen specialists who, at every stage of the design and creation, give their whole hearts to make the next prefabricated house even better than the previous ones. Do they manage to do so? Of course! However, everything could not be done without the participation of specialized machines.
To ensure timeliness and the highest quality of services offered, our company performs most of the work on its own, without the participation of subcontractors. Everything is designed and manufactured in our halls, and the only exception to this rule is the window and door joinery. We outsource this extremely important element to trusted subcontractors who decorate another modular house of our design.
Where is your all-year modular house created?
Our factory is located in the Greater Poland Province. Such a location means that we have excellent access to most of the country, and this also translates into the possibility of quick implementation of tasks. By choosing our house design, after a dozen or so weeks, the investor can enjoy his own four corners, which is a container house on his plot.
The M&W Modular Homes production hall covers over a thousand square meters of space, which is equipped with modern equipment and a technologically advanced production line. In conjunction with a crew of about thirty people, our company can create your modular house within a dozen or so weeks. The capacity of our factory is about 50 modules with an area of 18 m2 per month. A prefabricated house will be built much faster than the one made with traditional methods, even if we are currently carrying out several other orders.

If you have been enchanted by the appearance of one of the buildings you pass at least once during a walk, we can assure you that thanks to choosing our company for cooperation, such feelings will accompany you every day when you return home. The facade that we "cover" our modular houses are made of the best materials, and additionally, they are characterized by an original design.
One of the most frequently chosen types of facades in our projects is cement fibre. This subdued colour material combined with the simple shape of the building makes the whole look a bit brutal. However, if your prefabricated house is to thrive and flourish, we propose a combination of "maturing" Corten steel and wooden planks made using the Shou Sugi Ban technique. The first type of facade will make the container house react with the surrounding world and change its colour depending on the current weather conditions. Wood made in Japanese art is a perfect contrast and shows the sensitive, natural soul of the Investor.
